The 3 methods are ; Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. These are ways to prevent pollution to every area that can be littered around, especially the land and water. You can find how to properly use these methods to help those people who are involved in saving the planet.

The first one is “Reduce”, reduce means make smaller or less in amount, degree, or size. Reducing our trash, plastics, and harmful objects that affect our environment. If we cannot fully prevent pollution, we can reduce it to a certain amount. This will solve almost half of the issue of pollution.

The second one is “Reuse”, reuse means the action of using something again. To reuse something it has to be in good condition, safe to use, and environment-friendly. An example of reusing is steel straws, which is an alternative for plastic straws. You can use steel straws over and over again by cleaning it thoroughly.

The last one is “Recycle”, recycle means the process of converting waste materials into new materials and objects. A lot of people nowadays recycle bottle caps, or even bottles as to make something like a flotation device for the flooded people. This can be helpful for the one who are stranded in a flood, it’s to prevent drowning and casualties. Roads can also be constructed with trash with the help of recycling. This is the most important of all the 3 Rs because it combines the 2 Rs which is “Reduce, and Reuse”. It reduces the trash because it gets converted to new objects, and reuse because the new object has a new purpose of getting used.
